ATC Full, Mañana

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Answering calls to assist Claro Postpaid customers with inquiries and questions.

• Providing customer service without engaging in sales.

• Managing remote telephone support.

• Participating in paid training sessions from Monday to Saturday, between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM.

• Working during the evening shift within the timeframe of 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM.

• Enjoying time off from Thursday to Sunday.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed secondary education.

• Formal or informal experience in customer service or sales: 3 months.

• Must have a computer or laptop to work from home.

• Windows 11 Pro operating system.

• 8 GB of RAM.

• Wired internet connection.

• Webcam and headphones required.

• Must possess all specified technical tools.
