This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +1 more state.
• Act as a representative of Pella Corporation’s exceptional brand, products, and services within regional ProDealer accounts.
• Establish and nurture relationships with customer representatives, influencing and training them effectively.
• Collaborate with assigned accounts to exceed set sales targets within the territory.
• Serve as the fenestration specialist for designated accounts and clients, possessing a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape.
• Read, interpret, and extract information from blueprints to assist clients with new construction builder business.
• Cultivate and sustain both business and personal relationships with customers.
• Mentor and coach others on effective selling strategies and product knowledge.
• Organize planning meetings that yield actionable plans and facilitate ongoing discussions about sales goals.
• Liaise with Sales Management and Marketing concerning products, programs, and policies.
• Formulate business plans with accounts to enhance sales performance and achieve sales targets.
• Aid accounts in establishing builder relationships and securing and maintaining new business opportunities.
• Represent Pella at various trade shows and events.
• Implement selling activities and provide feedback on strategic initiatives to boost sales and profitability.
• Manage a personal budget for travel and training expenses.
• Accurately represent the Pella brand and its product offerings as the primary communication channel with customers.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in accordance with Pella's business guidelines.
• Utilize customer relationship management software while working remotely.
• Travel 50%-75% of the time, including overnight stays.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.S./B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or five to ten years of relevant experience in the construction industry; or a combination of education and experience equivalent to this.

• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Ability to stand and walk regularly, with occasional sitting, reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
