This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +1 more country.
• Develop the commercial vision for the enterprise customer segment with a 3–5 year outlook.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering to refine the commercial vision.
• Design and implement the enterprise commercial strategy and roadmap for both the immediate and long-term future, in the United States and internationally.
• Oversee the Enterprise Sales Team.
• Drive commercial initiatives to foster targeted growth across various products or market entry strategies.
• Cultivate relationships with senior executives at major media companies.
• Assist the team in expanding the enterprise business.
• Initiate improvements to ensure Gracenote's continuous growth and enhancement.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for client meetings, industry events, and team collaboration.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in leading high-performing sales teams focused on enterprise clients.
• Between 5 to 10 years of experience as an individual contributor in sales.
• Demonstrable success in managing B2B data clients.
• Proven experience in leading enterprise account sales teams.
• Background in the Media & Entertainment sector or related fields.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with C-level executives.
• Established record of growth as an individual contributor and as a leader of enterprise account sales teams.
• Familiarity with the TV, film, and sports media landscape.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience in market analysis and identifying opportunities for product differentiation.
• Knowledge of sales methodologies including pipeline management, ROH, and Salesforce.
• Demonstrated leadership, professionalism, and the ability to motivate organizational change and enhance client partnerships.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Background in relevant industries such as media publishing, OTT, streaming, Connected TV (CTV), or broadcast media.
• Experience in SaaS and subscription sales.
