This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Cultivate an understanding of pertinent products and medical conditions for engaging in discussions with healthcare professionals.
• Oversee account management tasks, which include account strategy formulation, coordination of field resources, customer education, promotional assistance, and reporting.
• Establish a strong phone presence to foster productive business relationships.
• Leverage customer networks, resources, and online communication tools to enhance stakeholder connectivity.
• Identify and pursue opportunities that facilitate access, develop policies, programs, and processes to bolster product demand.
• Engage with targeted healthcare professionals through informational and promotional outreach.
• Complete necessary data entry tasks, including tracking responses, notes, and follow-up actions.
• Profile and manage lists of targeted healthcare professionals.
• Maintain productivity in calls and meet required performance metrics.
• Manage daily sales call activities to optimize sales and market share goals.
• Address customer inquiries and needs to fulfill call plan objectives.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and competitive landscape.
• Communicate accurate product details using appropriate medical terminology.
• Successfully finish Client product training and adhere to training standards.
• Uphold a positive image with both the Client and customers.
• Implement sales strategies in line with healthcare regulations and Client policies.
• Ensure patient privacy and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 1-2+ years of proven successful sales experience, preferably in Pharma or B2B.
• Demonstrated success in the healthcare sector is mandatory.
• Experience in interacting with office staff is greatly preferred.
• Prior experience in Virtual/Contact Center sales is a must.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills are essential.
• Self-motivated and driven individual.
• Strong technical skills are necessary.
• Must complete Client product training, which includes self-study, assessments, field experience, and classroom or online training.
• Compliance with Federal Healthcare Program mandates, FDA promotional guidelines, Client policies, and HIPAA privacy and security regulations is required.
