Virtual Sales Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Achieve and surpass personal sales targets through proactive outreach and virtual consultations.

• Conduct customized phone or video consultations.

• Inform potential customers about LaserAway treatments and customize recommendations to meet their aesthetic objectives.

• Make outbound calls to leads generated by the company.

• Establish trust and foster long-lasting relationships with customers.

• Present LaserAway treatment options and services.

• Work in collaboration with Location Directors, Patient Care Coordinators, and Regional Directors to coordinate scheduling and enhance patient experiences.

• Provide customers with information on financing options and payment plans.

• Collaborate with internal teams to address disputes and resolve customer concerns.

• Partner with medical professionals to maintain protocols and uphold brand standards.

• Assist colleagues and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma is mandatory.

• Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years of remote consultative sales experience in a high-ticket sector, or equivalent experience in commission-based luxury retail, beauty, or aesthetic dermatology.

• Outstanding consultative sales skills with a focus on understanding customer needs.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

• Strong presentation skills.

• Proactive and detail-oriented professional demeanor.

• Capability to work independently as well as effectively within a team setting.

• Availability for evenings, weekends, and flexible shifts.

• Must reside in the PST time zone.
