Virtual Sales Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Achieve and surpass personal sales objectives through proactive engagement and virtual consultations.

• Conduct tailored consultations via phone or video calls.

• Inform prospective clients about LaserAway treatments and customize recommendations to align with their aesthetic aspirations.

• Make outbound calls to leads generated by the company and foster customer relationships.

• Deliver presentations on LaserAway services and treatment plans in a professional manner.

• Work collaboratively with Location Directors, Patient Care Coordinators, and Regional Directors to coordinate scheduling and enhance patient experiences.

• Provide customers with information about financing options and payment plans.

• Collaborate with internal teams to address disputes and customer concerns.

• Partner with medical professionals to maintain protocols and uphold brand standards.

• Assist colleagues and promote a team-oriented culture.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in the PST/MST time zones.

• A High School Diploma is required.

• A Bachelor’s Degree is highly preferred.

• At least 3 years of remote consultative sales experience in a high-ticket industry, or comparable commission-based luxury retail, beauty, or aesthetic dermatology experience.

• Outstanding consultative sales skills focused on comprehending customer needs.

• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

• Excellent presentation skills.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as effectively within a team environment.

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and flexible shifts.

• Proficient in conducting outbound and inbound calls, emails, texts, and virtual meetings.
