
Virtual Sales Clinical Specialist – IPVS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +44 more states.
• Act as the key educational and implementation resource for the Virtual Sales IPVS team.
• Assist with product demonstrations, customer education, product trials, and adoption initiatives alongside sales representatives and healthcare stakeholders.
• Provide product training and clinical education for healthcare providers, clinicians, educators, and facility champions.
• Create and sustain educational tools and training resources, including train-the-trainer programs.
• Organize facility conversion and onboarding activities in collaboration with facility leadership.
• Develop implementation plans, offer follow-up education, reinforce product usage, and identify barriers to adoption.
• Act as a subject matter expert for Infection Prevention products.
• Address product-related clinical inquiries and gain expertise in sterilization workflows and product applications.
• Escalate complex clinical issues when necessary.
• Facilitate approved skills fairs, educational initiatives, customer events, product launches, and onboarding processes for new IPVS representatives.
• Deliver virtual and in-person training along with ongoing educational content development.
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher AND two (2) years of experience in education delivery, training, customer support, healthcare product implementation, or related fields; OR a High School Diploma/GED or higher AND six (6) years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in providing education, training, or customer support to internal or external audiences.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% domestically.
• Must possess legal authorization to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
• Clinical background such as Registered Nurse (RN), Certified Surgical Technologist (CST), Infection Prevention expertise, Sterile Processing, Clinical Educator, or other related healthcare experience.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, capable of facilitating both virtual and in-person learning.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects, priorities, customer needs, and implementation tasks simultaneously.
• Experience in supporting healthcare product implementation, customer onboarding, facility conversion, or clinical adoption initiatives.
• Familiarity with infection prevention, sterilization workflows, surgical workflows, or hospital-based products.
• Experience in facilitating training programs for healthcare professionals or commercial teams, both virtually and in person.
• Experience in creating educational materials, train-the-trainer programs, product demonstrations, or customer-facing learning resources.
