Virtual Pharmaceutical Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and virtual strategic interactions as directed by clients with designated targets and potential customers.

• Provide effective sales presentations.

• Create a daily/weekly calling schedule to ensure thorough coverage of assigned targets.

• Respond to customer needs while enhancing sales performance.

• Utilize the telephony system to document relevant information in the CRM following customer business rules and training.

• Leverage marketing materials and clinical data tailored to the specific audience.

• Identify and keep track of various local market conditions.

• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Promote product solutions and implement marketing strategies.

• Engage in both inbound and outbound sales and marketing initiatives within a virtual pharmaceutical setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is required.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in business-to-business sales.

• Self-motivated with a strong focus on performance.

• Advanced skills in virtual selling, including customer engagement and successful relationship-building through e-promotion.

• Proficient in prioritization and planning while ensuring compliance with guidelines.

• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks across various systems.

• Experience in virtual/inside sales is highly preferred.

• Background in healthcare is advantageous.
