This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Act as the business owner for the Los Angeles East territory, developing and implementing a strategic plan to meet or surpass sales objectives.

• Identify, engage, and inform nephrologists, nurse practitioners, clinic personnel, and other healthcare specialists.

• Establish and nurture relationships within community and academic centers to facilitate patient identification and treatment.

• Analyze territory dynamics, pinpoint growth opportunities, and contribute to regional strategies.

• Convert market insights into actionable strategies and calling plans.

• Provide compliant clinical presentations on the mechanism of action, efficacy, safety, and patient benefits of atacicept.

• Implement in-office and regional educational programs.

• Convey complex clinical data to aid in informed decision-making.

• Utilize advanced selling techniques to influence healthcare professional behavior and create urgency regarding patient care.

• Collaborate with Field Reimbursement, Medical Affairs, and Patient Support teams to guarantee patient access.

• Work alongside regional and cross-functional teams, sharing best practices from the field.

• Offer field insights to shape marketing and access strategies.

• Maintain precise CRM records, submit expense reports, and fulfill required training.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory standards, and industry guidelines.

• Travel approximately 60% of the time.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech sales, with at least 3 years in rare disease or specialty markets.

• Experience in nephrology is highly preferred.

• A proven history of sales excellence and successful product launch experience is essential.

• Demonstrated success in competitive selling environments, preferably within rare or specialty therapeutic areas.

• Strong clinical knowledge and the ability to convert complex scientific information into meaningful, patient-oriented discussions.

• Proficient in business planning, territory management, and cross-functional teamwork.

• A genuine passion for enhancing outcomes for individuals affected by serious immunologic and kidney diseases.

• Must reside within the designated territory.

• A valid driver’s license is required.
