This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with executive stakeholders across designated national accounts.
• Obtain exclusive or preferred national partnership agreements.
• Partner with sales leadership to formulate and implement go-to-market strategies.
• Increase market presence for make-ready and repair & maintenance services.
• Assess the performance of GTM strategies and pinpoint share-of-wallet opportunities.
• Conduct customer business reviews and offer strategic partnership insights.
• Establish trusted relationships with clients and provide outstanding client experiences.
• Work alongside internal teams to comprehend and meet customer needs.
• Address client issues and enhance processes and service delivery.
• Create proposals, prepare project bids, and negotiate client agreements.
• Keep precise records of pipeline activities and client data in the CRM.
• Oversee the transition of new projects to the field service team.
• Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
• Advocate for MultiPro and Valet Living service offerings to property leadership teams.
• Facilitate the adoption of annual pricing agreements and new service capabilities.
• Propel national account development and revenue growth in local territories.
• A minimum of 8 years of demonstrated success in sales within the multifamily industry, either as an operator or service provider.
• Proven experience in building relationships with institutional clients, REITs, and C-level decision-makers.
• At least 5 years of consultative sales experience focused on senior leadership and complex buying groups.
• Strong expertise in managing CRM pipelines, forecasting revenue, and executing strategic sales initiatives.
• Advanced skills in negotiation, presentation, and relationship management.
• Capability to analyze market opportunities, formulate sales strategies, and drive quantifiable results.
• Comfortable collaborating with various internal teams, including operations, marketing, and executive leadership.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce or comparable CRM systems.
• Candidates must reside in Florida, Georgia, or Texas at the time of hire.
• Commission based on new revenue performance, paid monthly on service margin.
