Pharmaceutical Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Proactively recognize client challenges

• Utilize relationship-building abilities to position, persuade, and secure new opportunities

• Engage in inbound and outbound sales and marketing activities within a virtual pharmaceutical setting

• Conduct client-directed outbound calls, emails, and strategic virtual interactions with assigned targets and potential customers

• Provide effective sales presentations

• Create daily and weekly call plans for thorough and efficient coverage of designated targets

• Address customer requirements and enhance sales performance

• Utilize the telephony system to document relevant information in CRM in accordance with customer business rules and training

• Employ marketing and sales materials along with clinical data tailored to the specific audience

• Identify and track various local market dynamics

• Foster and maintain strong customer relationships

• Drive product promotion initiatives and implement marketing strategies

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree

• 1+ years of experience in business-to-business sales

• Self-driven with a strong focus on performance

• Proficient virtual selling skills, including successful customer engagement and relationship-building through e-promotion

• Effective prioritization and planning while maintaining compliance with guidelines

• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

• Ability to handle multiple tasks across various systems

• Virtual/inside sales experience is highly preferred

• Experience in healthcare is preferred
