Virtual Client Onboarding Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the main virtual contact for new and incoming clients.

• Make outbound calls, send emails, and message clients to welcome and onboard them.

• Engage in discussions to understand client needs and objectives.

• Clearly articulate service offerings and suggest appropriate next steps.

• Arrange follow-up calls or connect clients with the appropriate team members.

• Keep detailed and precise client records in the CRM system.

• Well-organized and comfortable working in a remote setting.

• A people-centric approach with excellent listening and follow-up abilities.

• Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, or a client-facing position is an advantage.
