• Perform telephone research interviews

• Verify and refresh data in the data management system

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess a personal computer (desktop or laptop), noise-cancelling headset, and a reliable internet connection with a backup (prepaid wireless modem acceptable)

• Minimum of 6 months experience in a call center environment, ideally in outbound calling, market research, or related positions

• Excellent English communication skills (conversational to fluent), with strong reading comprehension

• Basic computer skills, including data entry and typing abilities

• Must be comfortable working night shifts and in a permanent remote work setup

• A quiet, distraction-free workspace and the ability to remain on calls for extended durations
