This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.

• Act as the main point of contact for both existing owners and prospective customers.

• Foster sales and enhance customer engagement through both inbound and outbound phone communications.

• Encourage owners and potential clients to arrange their vacation plans.

• Address and overcome objections to facilitate the processing of vacation package payments.

• Utilize dialer systems, lead management software, and CRM tools effectively.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and agreements.

• Develop a professional rapport with customers.

• Generate enthusiasm and confidence in the virtual process and the vacation ownership experience.

• Convert qualified leads into confirmed vacation package sales.

• Fill one of four designated roles: Initial Contact Person, Activations Agent, Travel Coordinator, or Tour Confirmer.

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, outbound marketing, vacation sales, or call center environments is preferred.

• Strong skills in handling objections and closing sales over the phone.

• Determination to address objections and secure sales effectively.

• Outstanding interpersonal communication and active listening abilities.

• Capability to establish rapport and convey information clearly.

• Confidence in interacting with a diverse range of customers.

• Proficiency in identifying customer needs, assessing information, and solving practical issues.

• Strong organizational skills and professionalism.

• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Experience in timeshare or hospitality sales is advantageous.

• Tech-savvy with a focus on sales.

• Ability to work remotely from the United States, with a preference for candidates in Florida, Virginia, and Nevada.
