This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.

• Act as the main point of contact for both property owners and prospective new clients

• Enhance sales and foster customer engagement through both inbound and outbound phone communications

• Encourage owners and potential clients to arrange vacation bookings

• Address objections and confirm payments for vacation packages

• Utilize dialer systems, lead management software, and CRM applications effectively

• Meticulously document customer interactions and agreements

• Build professional relationships and instill enthusiasm and confidence in the virtual process as well as the vacation ownership journey

• Transform qualified leads into confirmed vacation package sales

• Fulfill roles such as Initial Contact Person, Activations Agent, Travel Coordinator, and Tour Confirmer

• Prior experience in sales, customer service, outbound marketing, vacation sales, or call center operations is preferred

• Strong skills in handling objections and closing sales over the phone

• Persistence in overcoming objections to secure sales

• Outstanding interpersonal communication and active listening abilities

• Capability to build rapport, clearly present information, and confidently engage with a diverse clientele

• Competence in identifying customer needs, assessing information, and resolving practical issues

• Strong organizational skills and flexibility in a fast-paced environment

• Experience in timeshare or hospitality sales is advantageous

• Tech-savvy with familiarity in modern tools, CRM platforms, dialer systems, and lead management software
