Virtual Assistant – Raw Material, Supplier Quality

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Assist in gathering specifications for the Raw Material Manager concerning RYZE's extensive range of over 100 raw material and packaging specifications.

• Ensure the timely and accurate completion of Supplier Quality Questionnaires (SQQs) throughout the supplier network.

• Develop and manage the supplier risk assessment process, addressing factors such as food safety, allergens, product type, country of origin, and other relevant risks.

• Facilitate new supplier approvals, product modifications, and new product introductions by providing timely documentation and follow-up.

• Conduct research and compile information for horizon scanning, identifying emerging risks related to raw materials, regulations, or supply to inform the Raw Material Manager.

• Assist in data trending and analysis for raw materials and suppliers, utilizing AI tools where they enhance efficiency without compromising accuracy.

• Maintain precise and well-organized records for specifications, SQQs, and risk assessments, ensuring that documentation is always audit-ready.

• Collaborate closely with the Raw Material Manager and the broader Quality team, proactively identifying gaps or inconsistencies before they escalate into issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in an administrative, quality, or supply chain support position, preferably within the food, beverage, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) sectors.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, able to manage a large volume of documentation across more than 100 specifications without errors.

• Strong written English and research capabilities, with the ability to clearly synthesize information for horizon scanning and reporting purposes.

• Proficient in utilizing AI tools to expedite research and data tasks while exercising sound judgment to ensure accuracy.

• Skilled in using spreadsheets, document management systems, and maintaining quality/compliance records.

• Dependable, proactive, and able to work remotely and independently across different time zones.
