This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Act as a reliable strategic collaborator to an Executive, enhancing focus, efficiency, and informed decision-making within a global organization.
• Foster strong relationships with senior leaders and teams across various functions including research and development, product line management, supply chain, sales, marketing, human resources, and information technology.
• Organize and facilitate intricate internal and external meetings, such as large-scale all-hands calls, tech forums, and senior leadership summits.
• Oversee comprehensive executive calendar management, prioritizing engagements with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Handle complex domestic and international travel arrangements across several time zones.
• Develop an efficient working rhythm with the Executive, ensuring real-time communication, proactive anticipation of needs, and prompt follow-through.
• Provide support for local office events and visits from customers and both internal and external stakeholders, including logistics for meetings and on-site coordination.
• Minimum of 4 years experience in supporting executives within a dynamic, global business environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, displaying a high level of professionalism and discretion.
• Proven capability to operate independently, exercising strong business judgment and maintaining confidentiality.
• Demonstrated skill in anticipating needs, effectively prioritizing tasks, and managing competing demands.
• Strong abilities in collaboration, problem-solving, and organization.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to adapt to variable work hours in response to business needs.
• Experience in supporting executives within technology and/or product and supply chain sectors.
• Familiarity with international business settings and cross-cultural collaboration.
• Experience in coordinating complex travel across multiple time zones.
• Knowledge of Workday, Oracle, and Copilot systems.
• Experience assisting with customer or high-visibility stakeholder visits.
