Dental Insurance & Prior Authorization Virtual Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Address rejected or denied dental claims

• Submit and track referrals and pre-authorizations

• Verify PPO dental insurance for patients with scheduled appointments

• Assess eligibility, benefits, and coverage

• Liaise with insurance companies and the dental team

• Ensure accurate maintenance of insurance documentation

• Provide support for a pediatric dental practice located in Nevada, USA

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience with dental insurance or Veterans Affairs is essential

• Familiarity with claims, referrals, pre-authorizations, and PPO verification is required

• Experience with Liberty Dental is preferred

• Knowledge of Cloud 9 EMR and/or Curve Dental is advantageous

• Experience in pediatric dentistry is a plus

• Excellent English communication skills and strong attention to detail

• Must be willing to utilize Time Doctor and a HIPAA-compliant virtual desktop

• Intel Core i5 8th Generation or AMD Ryzen 5 equivalent required

• Minimum of 8 GB RAM (16 GB recommended)

• 256 GB SSD minimum

• Windows 10/11 Pro or macOS 12+

• A functioning webcam and noise-canceling headset are necessary

• Internet speed of at least 50 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload

• A reliable backup internet connection or hotspot is preferred

• A quiet, professional workspace is essential
