Virtual ASL Educator, Illinois Certified

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

• Provide virtual instruction and assist students in completing their courses.

• Utilize the educator portal to choose jobs that align with your certification.

• Deliver the school's curriculum via the district's online platform.

• Create lesson plans that are in line with the class curriculum.

• Inspire creativity and enthusiasm within the virtual learning environment.

• Engage and support student learning through relationship-driven strategies.

• Monitor student performance and track grades.

• Participate in district professional development workshops and faculty meetings.

• Collaborate with the in-class facilitator who is physically present with the students.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Must possess an active, state-issued teaching certification from the USA.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a professional educator is required.

• A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university is necessary.

• Must have a laptop or desktop computer, webcam, headset, and a reliable internet connection.

• Willingness to participate in a virtual skills teaching demonstration.

• A background check must be submitted as part of the application process.

• Previous experience in online teaching is an advantage.
