VIP Travel Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional service to key client travelers.

• Manage incoming inquiries via phone, email, and other channels with accuracy and efficiency.

• Act as the main point of contact for executive-level travelers.

• Provide proactive travel consultation, travel information, and related product upselling.

• Utilize BCD Travel tools and systems to fulfill requests.

• Search for and confirm travel reservations for customers.

• Interpret client travel policies and offer suitable consultation.

• Address requests related to DOT, TSA, passports, visas, and other regulations.

• Apply rules from travel suppliers.

• Maintain, share, and enhance knowledge of supported travel industries.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in VIP travel.

• Familiarity with the travel industry, its policies, procedures, and processes.

• Proficient skills in GDS Sabre.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities in English.

• Availability to work Wednesday to Sunday, from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. CT.

• Flexibility for day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts based on business needs.
