Travel Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Search for and verify travel bookings for clients.

• Comprehend client travel policies and consistently offer customer guidance.

• Address inquiries related to DOT, TSA, passports, visas, and other essential regulations.

• Provide insights on industry trends, including low fares, exchange fees, and penalties.

• Evaluate operational workflows and business partnerships, proposing enhancements.

• Keep abreast of, communicate, and broaden current knowledge of the travel sectors supported.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as a travel agent.

• Proficiency in GDS Sabre.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English.

• Strong foundational knowledge of the travel sector, including its policies, procedures, and processes.

• Willingness to adapt to varying work schedules, including potential day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts.

• Capacity to work shifts from 8 AM to 8 PM ET based on business requirements.
