This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

• Design and configure solutions on the Power Platform utilizing Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, connectors, and associated technologies.

• Assist in the creation of business applications and automated workflows according to specified requirements and technical guidance.

• Set up application components, data sources, forms, workflows, and integrations by adhering to established development standards.

• Aid in the design and implementation of solutions that align with business needs and IT standards.

• Engage in application testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving issues.

• Provide support for user requests, application enhancements, and bug fixes.

• Generate and uphold technical documentation for applications, workflows, data structures, and deployment processes.

• Take part in technical design and code reviews, incorporating feedback from senior team members.

• Assist with software releases, deployments, installations, user training, and ongoing application support.

• Collaborate with developers, architects, business analysts, and project stakeholders to comprehend requirements and deliver technical solutions.

• Adhere to established standards for development, security, documentation, testing, and quality.

• Continue to enhance technical knowledge across Microsoft Power Platform and related Microsoft technologies.

• Earn a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.

• Possess 3 years of relevant professional experience in software development, application development, or related technical fields.

• Have experience in developing or configuring solutions utilizing Microsoft Power Platform.

• Demonstrate working knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, connectors, and related technologies.

• Understand basic software development concepts, databases, integrations, and application lifecycle practices.

• Capability to comprehend technical requirements and contribute to application design and development.

• Experience in troubleshooting application issues and resolving technical problems with appropriate guidance.

• Exhibit strong attention to detail and the ability to document technical work clearly.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.

• Willingness to learn new technologies and develop expertise in Power Platform.
