Senior Consultant, Workday Advanced Compensation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Deliver consulting services across various client projects with minimal supervision.

• Comprehend client business needs and offer guidance during the design, configuration, and prototyping stages.

• Aid clients in testing and transitioning to production environments.

• Provide support to clients during annual events such as Talent/Performance reviews, Merit assessments, Open Enrollment, and ACA compliance.

• Collaborate with Engagement Managers to relay project updates and modifications.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment on projects.

• Maintain accurate forecasts in a timely manner.

• Serve as a subject matter expert alongside the Sales team for sales presentations, demonstrations, and Letters of Engagement.

• Keep abreast of industry trends and Workday updates, advising on best practices.

• Cultivate strong relationships with clients through trust and outstanding customer service.

• Contribute to the growth of ERPA’s Workday AMS practice.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience leading at least two Workday Phase 1 implementations and two additional Workday Phase X implementations independently is required.

• Preferred experience in leading higher education projects using Workday.

• A minimum of two years' experience as a lead Workday Advanced Compensation Consultant at a Workday partner firm is mandatory.

• Required Workday Partner Certifications include HCM Core, Core Compensation, Advanced Compensation, and at least one of the following: Learning, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, Reporting, or PEX.

• Employment is contingent upon obtaining a Workday Launch certification.

• All necessary Workday Partner certifications must remain active throughout employment with ERPA.

• Experience in troubleshooting, configuring, and navigating Workday Advanced Compensation is essential.

• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.

• A comprehensive understanding of Workday Advanced Compensation processes and best practices is crucial.

• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening and background check, which may include reference verification, criminal background investigation, and licensing verification when applicable.
