VIP Relationship Manager, CIS Region

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage in client acquisition and manage relationships with a portfolio of prestigious global VIP clients.

• Enhance and strengthen connections with current clients through regular and meaningful communication.

• Develop customer service frameworks and systems, establish management protocols, and monitor essential customer metrics.

• Evaluate client behavior, uncover unexpressed needs, and generate comprehensive customer analysis reports.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to deliver optimal service solutions and enhance the customer experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• A client portfolio that includes institutional clients, high net-worth individuals, private banking customers with brokers, futures institutions, or commercial banks, etc.

• Experience in trading platforms or exchanges is highly beneficial.

• Previous experience in sales and client services with an international financial background in banking and investments is preferred.

• Excellent communication and writing skills.

• Capability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines while effectively managing multiple tasks.
