VIP Account Manager, Urdu/Hindi/English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Engage in proactive outreach to both potential and existing VIP clients through telephone calls, written correspondence, and internal CRM systems.

• Advocate for company products and services to high-value clientele.

• Utilize effective negotiation strategies to transform leads into loyal customers.

• Design and execute initiatives aimed at enhancing client satisfaction and retention.

• Establish and nurture robust, long-term relationships as a trusted advisor.

• Observe client activities and pinpoint opportunities for growth and engagement.

• Keep precise records of client interactions within the CRM platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in English at B2 level or above.

• Native or bilingual fluency in Urdu/Hindi.

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated experience in the financial sector, ideally in sales, account management, or business development.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

• Results-driven mindset with the capability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

• High degree of responsibility and professionalism when interacting with VIP clients.
