This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Sustain existing base business and stimulate sales growth for ALK AIT products, which include Bulk Extracts and upcoming pharmaceutical offerings.
• Utilize established account relationships and collaborate with KOLs and thought leaders to enhance sales of prescriptive products within the designated territory.
• Evaluate customer requirements and showcase products and services, such as AIT, VAS, the ALK Advantage Program, and consulting services.
• Reach out to key accounts monthly to uphold vendor-of-choice status.
• Identify and engage with top accounts of competitors to present ALK product lines and coordinate meetings for sales management and scientific services teams.
• Target non-allergist ENTs to advocate for allergy testing and treatment, persuading them to utilize ALK services.
• Analyze monthly sales reports to discern sales trends.
• Keep the Outlook calendar current with appointments and planned travel, adhering to a mandatory 60-day schedule.
• Input account status, comments, and competitive insights into the CRM following every sales interaction, ensuring a minimum of 30 updates per week.
• Process monthly expense reports via Concur.
• Maintain target account lists and provide monthly updates to sales management regarding prospects, key accounts, account performance, new business, proposals, and product promotions.
• Manage sample inventory and comply with relevant rules and regulations.
• Review third-party documents, marketing materials, and product inserts.
• Engage in ALK sales training programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Marketing is preferred.
• Capability to complete and analyze the Monthly Report to make informed decisions and draw conclusions regarding the territory's status.
• Skill in recognizing trends and understanding competitive influences within the territory.
• Ability to generate increased revenue to achieve quarterly and annual targets, updated weekly.
• Proficiency in identifying and communicating shifts in the allergy marketplace, including economic, political, technical, or competitive changes.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office.
• Capacity to complete tasks within specified timelines and quality standards.
• Ability to satisfy customer and profitability requirements.
• Significant travel is required, including approximately 2–3 overnight trips per week and 3–5 company-related weekend events annually.
