This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Actively engage with VIP clients through phone, email, and chat to foster ongoing relationships and identify upsell possibilities.

• Develop and maintain enduring, personalized connections with a designated group of VIP players.

• Evaluate player behaviors and activity trends to pinpoint risks for retention, opportunities for reactivation, and moments for customized offers.

• Manage assigned shifts on live chat and address incoming VIP inquiries efficiently and professionally.

• Communicate tailored bonuses, promotions, and exclusive offers that align with the VIP program's strategic approach.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Hungarian — exceptional written and spoken communication skills are crucial for client-facing roles.

• Working knowledge of Ukrainian or Russian is necessary for internal communication and reporting purposes.

• Strong sales and negotiation abilities coupled with a proactive, results-oriented approach.

• Experience in iGaming, online casino, or managing VIP/premium customers is a significant advantage.
