VIP Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage a dedicated portfolio of high-value players as their primary contact for Triumph

• Foster authentic one-on-one relationships through daily interactions via text, phone, and email

• Organize personalized gifts, exclusive perks, event invitations, and unforgettable player experiences

• Address payout inquiries, technical challenges, and promotional issues from start to finish

• Quickly escalate concerns, ensure follow-through, and personally resolve issues

• Identify unhealthy engagement patterns and advocate for responsible gaming

• Provide insights, feedback, and trends from players to influence the VIP program, loyalty offerings, and product development

• Adhere to and enhance standard operating procedures for outreach, escalation, and compliance

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in VIP account management, VIP hosting, player development, iGaming, luxury hospitality, or a similar high-value client role

• In-depth knowledge of gaming culture, including sweepstakes, casino, sports cards, TCG, or related fields

• Capability to manage multiple active relationships concurrently

• Flexibility to work varied hours, including some evenings and weekends

• Proficiency in handling sensitive player information and financial contexts with discretion and care

• Ability to interpret dashboards, comprehend performance metrics, and act on insights

• Familiarity with trading cards, breaks, or the collectibles market is advantageous

• Experience with retention metrics, reinvestment strategies, or player value modeling is beneficial

• Knowledge of AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT is a plus
