VIP Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Report to the Director of VIP CRM & Operations as well as the Senior VIP Account Manager to ensure alignment on performance and KPIs.

• Elevate player inquiries and concerns to the Director of VIP CRM & Operations, Senior VIP Account Manager, or VIP Account Manager as needed.

• Oversee VIP communication platforms, including Telegram and Intercom, ensuring prompt and professional interactions.

• Assist the Senior VIP Account Manager and VIP Account Manager in executing new VIP initiatives.

• Help in the planning and management of new VIP campaigns.

• Undertake assigned responsibilities and special projects, such as policy and process documentation, mentoring new team members, and offering structured feedback during their initial 30 days.

• Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with high-value players, addressing their requests and concerns with discretion and professionalism.

• Track player activity and feedback to bolster retention and engagement strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in managing VIP or high-value client relationships, preferably within online gaming, casino, or cryptocurrency sectors.

• Strong grasp of VIP service expectations and relationship-focused engagement.

• Exceptional communication skills paired with high emotional intelligence.

• Comfortable leveraging player data and behavioral insights to inform strategic decision-making.

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.

• Willingness to work European hours.

• Familiarity with cryptocurrency or crypto-based platforms is a plus.

• Preference will be given to candidates located in Australia or South America.
