This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, oversee, and enhance strategic partnerships with external entities to promote business expansion, revenue growth, and collaborative achievements.
• Foster and sustain relationships with agencies, affiliates, technology providers, and strategic partners.
• Serve as the main point of contact for partners, ensuring effective communication, resolving challenges, and uncovering collaboration and growth opportunities.
• Manage and nurture B2B partnerships across the technology, cybersecurity, SaaS, and managed services sectors.
• Identify prospective partners, evaluate commercial compatibility, and devise strategies to broaden the partner ecosystem.
• Negotiate contracts, define partnership parameters, and establish key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Organize partner onboarding, training, and enablement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to enhance partner-sourced pipeline, lead generation, co-selling, and customer acquisition efforts.
• Engage with Product and Solutions Engineering teams to facilitate partner onboarding and integration with the Asgard Platform.
• Set and track partner KPIs, including revenue contribution, pipeline generation, active producing partners, partner engagement, and execution of business plans.
• Monitor partner performance, generate regular reports, propose optimization strategies, and share insights with internal stakeholders.
• Represent the organization in discussions with senior stakeholders, address issues, and identify opportunities for collaboration.
• Proven experience in Partner Management, Strategic Alliances, Channel Management, Business Development, or a similar commercial role.
• Background in managing and developing B2B partnerships within the technology, cybersecurity, SaaS, or managed services sectors.
• Preferred experience working with MSPs, MSSPs, technology vendors, resellers, hardware suppliers, or other strategic partners.
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.
• Capacity to work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Product, Solutions Engineering, and Operations teams.
• Proficiency in negotiating agreements and managing contracts to achieve mutually beneficial results.
• Strong and effective communication skills with both partners and internal teams.
• Excellent negotiation skills and commercial insight.
• Ability to assess potential partnerships, analyze market trends, and formulate actionable strategies.
• Capability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives, onboarding, and the execution of partnership programs.
