This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop, oversee, and enhance strategic relationships with external partners to foster business growth, revenue, and collaborative success.

• Nurture and sustain relationships with agencies, affiliates, technology providers, and strategic collaborators.

• Serve as the main point of contact for partners, ensuring effective communication, resolving issues, and uncovering collaboration and expansion opportunities.

• Manage and cultivate B2B partnerships across the technology, cybersecurity, SaaS, and managed services sectors.

• Identify prospective partners, evaluate commercial compatibility, and create strategies for ecosystem expansion.

• Negotiate contracts, outline partnership terms, and set performance indicators (KPIs).

• Oversee partner onboarding, training, and enablement processes.

• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams on partner-generated pipelines, lead generation, co-selling, and customer acquisition efforts.

• Partner with Product and Solutions Engineering teams for onboarding and integration with the Asgard Platform.

• Establish and track partner KPIs, including revenue contributions, pipeline generation, active partners, engagement levels, and execution of business plans.

• Monitor partner performance, create regular reports, suggest optimization strategies, and deliver insights to internal stakeholders.

• Represent the organization in discussions with senior stakeholders, addressing issues and identifying collaboration and expansion opportunities.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in Partner Management, Strategic Alliances, Channel Management, Business Development, or a related commercial role.

• Background in managing and developing B2B partnerships within the technology, cybersecurity, SaaS, or managed services industries.

• Preferred experience collaborating with MSPs, MSSPs, technology vendors, resellers, hardware suppliers, or other strategic partners.

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.

• Strong skills in relationship building and stakeholder management.

• Capability to work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Product, Solutions Engineering, and Operations teams.

• Expertise in negotiating agreements and managing contracts effectively.

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both partners and internal teams.

• Strong negotiation skills and commercial insight.

• Competence in evaluating potential partnerships, analyzing market trends, and developing actionable strategies.

• Experience in coordinating cross-functional initiatives, onboarding, and executing partnership programs.
