This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide strategic leadership for workforce planning, Human Resources Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, HR Operations, and HR Information Systems.
• Collaborate with executive leaders to formulate workforce strategies that align with organizational goals and enhance workforce efficiency.
• Drive the development of people strategies, systems, and services that bolster organizational performance, enhance employee experience, and promote resource stewardship.
• Promote World Vision's Christian mission and values through effective leadership and ministry.
• Create and implement enterprise workforce planning and talent strategies.
• Oversee the Human Resources Business Partner function and offer strategic workforce consultation to organizational leaders.
• Establish and enhance total rewards strategies encompassing compensation, benefits, executive compensation, recognition, job architecture, career frameworks, and pay governance.
• Direct talent acquisition strategies and workforce planning to recruit, attract, and retain mission-aligned talent.
• Provide executive oversight for HR Operations and HRIS, ensuring effective service delivery, operational excellence, data integrity, and technological optimization.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to pinpoint workforce opportunities, address complex organizational challenges, and spearhead change initiatives.
• Cultivate and develop high-performing leaders and teams.
• Stay informed about corporate goals, objectives, announcements, activities, policies, and procedures.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• At least fifteen (15) years of progressive leadership experience across various human resources disciplines, including workforce planning, total rewards, talent acquisition, HR operations, and HR technology.
• Proven track record in leading large-scale organizational initiatives, developing enterprise workforce strategies, and collaborating with executive leaders in a complex organization.
• Must possess authorization to work in the U.S.A. for any employer.
• Capability to support and promote World Vision's Christian mission and values.

• Proficiencies in resource management, team building and group dynamics, talent management, technical expertise, business acumen, and cross-functional organizational understanding.
