📋 Description

• Drive Elemica’s global marketing strategy and its execution.

• Enhance market positioning and create demand to support sustainable revenue growth.

• Convert business priorities and commercial goals into a targeted marketing strategy.

• Oversee brand, product, AI, digital, customer marketing, demand generation, and corporate communications.

• Manage marketing plans to contribute to qualified demand and sales pipeline.

• Create integrated campaigns across digital channels, content, events, webinars, partners, and targeted account programs.

• Collaborate with Sales on account-based marketing for priority enterprise accounts and buying groups.

• Set standards for lead qualification, routing, follow-up, measurement, reporting, attribution, and data quality.

• Identify target audiences and define ideal customer profiles.

• Clearly communicate value propositions and distinguish enterprise supply chain technology solutions.

• Conduct customer and market research, competitive intelligence, segmentation, and gather buyer insights.

• Collaborate on product launches, market readiness, and adoption strategies.

• Equip Sales with use cases, competitive positioning, customer evidence, and messaging.

• Enhance brand consistency and lead the content strategy, thought leadership, customer stories, and executive communications.

• Supervise website and digital experience to bolster engagement and conversion.

• Manage external communications, public relations, industry relationships, analyst partnerships, agencies, and vendors.

• Develop customer advocacy, references, case studies, expansion campaigns, and partner marketing programs.

• Own the marketing budget and allocate resources according to strategic priorities and effectiveness.

• Establish performance metrics in collaboration with Finance and Revenue Operations.

• Lead, mentor, and expand the global marketing team.

• Foster cross-functional relationships with Sales, Product, Client Service, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Human Resources.

• Evaluate strategy, capabilities, budget, campaigns, positioning, and pipeline contribution within the first 90 days.

• Present a focused marketing plan detailing investment choices, responsible parties, and timelines.

• Achieve improved global branding, pipeline and conversion performance, customer evidence, market visibility, and marketing transparency within the first year.


⛳️ Requirements

• Typically requires 12 or more years of progressive B2B marketing experience.

• Significant leadership experience in enterprise software or SaaS environments.

• Preferred experience in supply chain technology, enterprise integration, manufacturing, or logistics.

• Proven history of developing and implementing marketing strategies that contribute to qualified pipeline and revenue growth.

• Experience in leading demand generation, product marketing, brand management, and digital marketing efforts.

• Strong knowledge of complex enterprise buying processes, long sales cycles, and buying groups that involve both business and technology stakeholders.

• Ability to articulate technical solutions in terms of customer value and business outcomes.

• Experience in leading teams, managing budgets, and prioritizing investments effectively.

• Strong analytical judgment and capability to assess marketing performance.

• Experience collaborating with senior leaders in Sales, Product, Finance, and Client Service.

• Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms, particularly Salesforce.

• Excellent communication skills, executive presence, and a hands-on approach.

• Experience working across international markets and with distributed teams.

• Accountable for securing work devices, workspaces, communications, and company/customer data.
