
Global Vice President, CPQ Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the CPQ sales performance and establish booking targets for both annual and quarterly periods.
• Ensure consistent achievement across new customer acquisitions, upselling, and cross-selling strategies.
• Mentor and develop both people leaders and individual contributors within the team.
• Create and implement a comprehensive global CPQ go-to-market strategy, which includes territory planning, market segmentation, coverage models, sales playbooks, and compensation frameworks.
• Collaborate with the Chief Sales Officer and the executive team on corporate strategies, board reports, and communications with private equity investors.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with enterprise accounts and key channel partners.
• Act as the executive sponsor for high-profile deals.
• Work together with Product, Marketing, Professional Services, and Customer Success teams on go-to-market strategies, messaging, product packaging, and enhancing customer experiences.
• Advocate for AI-driven sales tools, CRM discipline, and data-informed decision-making.
• Keep track of competitive landscapes, market trends, and buyer requirements within manufacturing technology.
• Provide pipeline reports, forecasts, and business reviews to the Chief Sales Officer and executive leadership team.
• Represent Revalize at industry events, customer advisory boards, and analyst engagements.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline; an MBA is highly preferred.
• Over 15 years of progressive experience in enterprise software sales.
• A minimum of 7 years in a VP or SVP sales leadership position overseeing multi-regional teams.
• Proven track record of owning and surpassing annual revenue targets exceeding $15M in a complex, solution-oriented sales environment.
• Experience guiding sales organizations through transformations driven by product advancements.
• Capability to attract, develop, and retain top-tier sales talent across various regions.
• Strong financial and business insight, including P&L management, annual planning, and executive-level reporting.
• Possess executive presence and credibility to engage C-level clients, private equity sponsors, and board members.
• Extensive knowledge of enterprise sales methodologies (such as MEDDIC/MEDDPICC, Challenger, or equivalent).
• Familiarity with AI-driven sales tools and CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
• Ability to work across EMEA and North America and manage remote teams distributed across different time zones and cultures.
• Prior experience with CPQ products is preferred.
• Domain expertise in manufacturing technology, industrial software, or engineer-to-order environments is preferred.
• Experience in a private equity-backed, multi-brand vertical SaaS organization is preferred.
• Knowledge of PLM, ERP, or CAD/CAM markets is preferred.
• An active network and thought leadership presence in the manufacturing technology or CPQ ecosystem is preferred.
• A history of building and scaling partner and channel programs is preferred.
