This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Oversee consulting projects utilizing analytical frameworks and problem-solving techniques.
• Direct the optimization of commercial real estate portfolios, including location strategies, site selection, and planning studies.
• Employ financial modeling and market analytics to enhance recommendations.
• Lead and present Metro-Market Strategies to C-suite executives and leaders of business units.
• Utilize business intelligence and technology platforms such as Tableau or Qlik to generate analytical insights.
• Identify opportunities at the supply-side location and property levels for enterprise clients.
• Create compelling business cases that substantiate action and necessary changes.
• Achieve the agreed annual revenue targets for the service line.
• Develop business analytics and establish key performance indicators.
• Produce commercial-grade consulting presentations that incorporate various media formats.
• Synthesize and communicate consulting solutions effectively to clients.
• Assist in business development presentations and pitches for potential clients.
• Be prepared to travel up to 20%-30% of the time.
• 7-10 years of experience in real estate and/or management consulting.
• An MBA or M.S. in Real Estate is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential.
• Capability to lead studies using business intelligence platforms like Tableau or Qlik.
• Experience or familiarity with IWMS and CAFM systems is preferred.
• Training or experience in location, economic, and/or site selection methodologies is beneficial.
• Knowledge in process analysis, including Lean Thinking and Six-Sigma methodologies, is an advantage.
• Outstanding oral, written, and graphic presentation abilities.
• Capacity to work independently within a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
