This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary relationship manager for a designated group of current Taft-Hartley clients, with an emphasis on high-revenue and high-potential accounts.
• Maintain proactive engagement with trustees and fund leadership to comprehend business needs, satisfaction levels, and emerging challenges.
• Collaborate with regional representatives and practice leaders to guarantee service commitments and readiness for renewals.
• Provide insight into strategic accounts and manage escalations or sensitive relationship issues.
• Monitor labor, regulatory, industry, and competitive trends that affect Taft-Hartley plans.
• Contribute industry-specific content for podcasts, newsletters, and conference activities.
• Represent the practice at industry events and conferences.
• Establish and nurture relationships with consultants, TPAs, fund attorneys, and other intermediaries.
• Coordinate strategies facing consultants, ensuring pricing consistency and collaborative positioning for larger opportunities.
• Identify revenue expansion opportunities within the existing client base and develop proposals and pipeline strategies.
• Track and report on expansion pipeline and results in relation to growth objectives.
• Collaborate across functions with the Practice Leader, regional sales/service representatives, Client Liaison, Business Manager, Events Coordinator, and Solutions Consultant.
• Over 10 years of experience in labor/Taft-Hartley benefits, Taft-Hartley fund administration, employee benefits consulting, or a closely related area.
• Proven history of managing senior-level client and trustee relationships, including outcomes related to renewals and expansions.
• Existing network or demonstrated capability to cultivate relationships with consultants, TPAs, and fund attorneys focused on Taft-Hartley plans.
• In-depth knowledge of the labor/union benefits market, encompassing regulatory and industry trends.
• Readiness to travel frequently to meet clients, participate in industry conferences, and support regional teams.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to represent the practice externally at a senior level.
