📋 Description

• Oversee the activities and priorities of district managers and market support team members to enhance productivity and profitability.

• Maintain an understanding of operational requirements and business reporting protocols.

• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and reporting standards across the market.

• Provide training and coaching for district managers, HR personnel, and market support team members.

• Drive business metrics and performance evaluation measures.

• Evaluate and enhance work processes for improved functionality, effectiveness, and efficiency.

• Ensure teams fulfill client, associate, and company expectations.

• Establish and nurture relationships with associates, clients, and prospective clients.

• Identify opportunities for business development and formulate strategies for market growth.

• Present and promote Towne Park services to both potential and existing clients.

• Collaborate with sales managers to develop prospecting action plans and follow up on leads and referrals.

• Build relationships with local community businesses.

• Cultivate client relationships to enhance satisfaction, retention, and advocacy.

• Prepare for and conduct quarterly meetings with clients.

• Manage the market strategy aimed at achieving client promoter status.

• Analyze labor trends and staffing levels while forecasting workforce requirements.

• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on recruitment strategies.

• Recruit and develop management talent for future growth and succession planning.

• Supervise HR and training staff and assess the effectiveness of training programs.

• Implement management training and development initiatives.

• Identify high-potential employees and prepare them for increased responsibilities.

• Ensure compliance with pay, timekeeping, benefits, progressive discipline, rewards, and other policies.

• Address associate concerns and promote diversity and inclusion initiatives.


⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in Washington, D.C., Philadelphia, or Baltimore.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university.

• A minimum of nine (9) years of operations management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Prior responsibility for P&L and income statements within a multi-unit organization.

• Extensive expertise in sales, employment practices, and business development.

• Capability to plan, prioritize, and manage complex projects simultaneously under pressure.

• Proficiency in computer systems and technical skills.

• Competence in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to exercise judgment and discretion in significant company matters.

• Effectively represent the company and appreciate cultural diversity.

• Ability to read and interpret business policies, procedures, equipment manuals, training materials, and corporate communications.

• Skill in composing professional internal and external business communications.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

• Capacity to meet the stated physical requirements, including occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
