This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the Strategy Execution and Transformation Office (SETO).
• Act as the sole point of accountability for the enterprise strategic initiative portfolio.
• Convert Graham Healthcare Group’s long-term strategy into a clear, sequenced, and actionable set of priorities.
• Ensure that initiatives are properly prioritized, resourced, sequenced, and managed concerning dependencies and organizational capacity.
• Collaborate with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team to align priorities, identify trade-offs, and facilitate prompt decision-making.
• Address conflicting priorities within SETO and escalate broader enterprise decisions to the CEO or relevant executive forum.
• Provide guidance for Strategic Communications as SETO develops.
• Merge strategy execution, change management, and enterprise communications under a unified leadership model.
• Supervise strategic portfolio leadership, executive collaboration and governance, enterprise execution and transformation, organizational alignment and influence, as well as SETO team leadership.
• Promote the adoption and sustainability of strategic changes.
• Cultivate a capable, high-performing SETO team and an integrated Strategic Communications capability over time.
• Track the delivery of the strategic roadmap, initiative prioritization, governance decisions, organizational adoption, and the intended financial, operational, clinical, and workforce outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Operations, Organizational Leadership, or a related field is required.
• Approximately 10+ years of progressive experience in strategy execution, transformation, operations, consulting, program leadership, or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience in leading complex cross-functional projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple significant initiatives or a portfolio with competing priorities, dependencies, and stakeholders.
• Skill in translating strategic objectives into actionable plans, priorities, milestones, and resource needs.
• Experience engaging directly with senior executives and facilitating discussions involving challenging trade-offs, competing priorities, and organizational decisions.
• Capacity to influence across functions and organizational levels without direct reporting authority.
• Experience in leading and developing teams.
• Ability to collaborate with communications, change management, finance, HR, technology, or operations functions.
• Familiarity with organizational change management and the factors necessary to drive adoption and sustainability.
• Healthcare experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Must reside in the Eastern or Central Time Zone.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen is required.
