This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO, CFO, and the executive leadership team on strategic and operational priorities.
• Formulate ambiguous business inquiries, construct fact-based insights, and convert analyses into actionable recommendations and plans.
• Oversee strategic planning across areas such as growth, service lines, markets, customers, operations, technology, and capital allocation.
• Recognize emerging opportunities and risks, then develop actionable recommendations.
• Drive complex cross-functional initiatives from problem identification to execution and measurable outcomes.
• Facilitate acquisitions, partnerships, joint ventures, integrations, due diligence, business case development, and integration planning.
• Assess new markets, service lines, commercial models, strategic partnerships, GPO relationships, and health-system partnerships.
• Construct financial and operational justifications for significant enterprise decisions.
• Analyze performance challenges and create practical solutions in collaboration with operational leaders.
• Integrate AI and emerging technologies into strategic and operational problem-solving efforts.
• Identify AI opportunities in areas like productivity, decision-making, clinical and operational workflows, customer experience, and enterprise performance.
• Translate AI opportunities into actionable business initiatives alongside technology, operations, clinical, and functional leaders.
• Produce analyses, recommendations, narratives, Board materials, and executive decision support documents.
• Engage with executives, clinicians, operators, sales, finance, technology, product teams, investors, customers, and external partners.
• Align strategy and priorities across business units while fostering stakeholder alignment.
• Guide teams through complex challenges and maintain momentum on essential initiatives.
• Provide strategic leadership to a small analytics team, including conducting 1:1s, performance management, recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and mentoring.
• Direct analytics resources toward high-value business questions and enhance executive-level analysis and management information.
• Ensure analytics practices comply with HIPAA and healthcare data privacy/security standards.
• Collaborate with technology and data teams on reporting, data infrastructure, and analytical capabilities.
• A bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• Around 2+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, investing, healthcare operations, or another highly analytical field.
• Experience at a leading strategy consulting firm or in a similarly demanding strategic setting.
• Outstanding structured problem-solving abilities and the capacity to quickly grasp unfamiliar topics.
• Significant exposure to healthcare, including providers, healthcare services, healthcare technology, payers, or related sectors.
• Proven capability to lead complex projects involving senior executives and multiple functional stakeholders.
• Strong quantitative and financial understanding, including the ability to build and critically evaluate business cases and analytical models.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and compelling executive narratives.
• High intellectual curiosity and a history of swiftly learning new industries, functions, and technologies.
• A strong sense of ownership and readiness to transition from analysis to hands-on execution.
• Comfort in a dynamic environment where priorities may shift, and answers may not always be clear.
• High standards, humility, sound judgment, and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across various levels and functions.
• A genuine passion for AI and emerging technology, with a desire to leverage these tools extensively in everyday tasks.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities at once and operate effectively with substantial autonomy.
• Must be able to remain stationary for approximately 50% of the time.
