Vice President – Strategic Partnerships

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +44 more states.

📋 Description

• Enhance the relationships of Prudential Group Insurance with key strategic firms, producers, and distribution partners.

• Cultivate connections with regional and national entities, including Centers of Excellence.

• Offer concierge-level escalation assistance as the primary point of contact.

• Assist Distribution leaders in formulating and executing local relationship strategies.

• Plan, host, and engage in networking events, conferences, and partner engagement forums.

• Oversee RFI responses related to product and platform collaborations.

• Aid in the development of RFP processes and sales engagement rules.

• Facilitate stewardship discussions with partner firms.

• Create and propose parameters for the producer Supplemental Compensation Program and GA program.

• Aid in negotiating non-standard compensation arrangements.

• Monitor producer performance and manage the addition and removal of firms.

• Enhance the precision, governance, and automation of reporting processes.

• Collaborate with Distribution, Product, Finance, Claims, Service, and other stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 7-10 years of experience in senior roles related to relationship management, strategic partnerships, distribution, sales enablement, or similar functions.

• Proficient in utilizing data to inform business decisions and drive operational excellence.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Willingness to travel up to 60%.
