This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.
β’ Oversee administrative operations and strategic initiatives.
β’ Assist executive leadership with strategic planning, competitive analysis, advocacy initiatives, and chief of staff duties.
β’ Spearhead comprehensive process transformation projects across Claims, Appeals & Grievances, Enrollment, Provider Data, Billing, and related operational areas.
β’ Support the development of future operating models that enhance scalability, quality, compliance, and operational efficiency through effective process design and support.
β’ Collaborate with Operations, Technology, Compliance, Analytics, and Business stakeholders to implement sustainable improvements in processes.
β’ Minimize unnecessary variations, eliminate redundant tasks, and standardize business processes across various lines of business and cross-functional teams.
β’ Coordinate, execute, and uphold the annual enterprise-level strategic plan.
β’ Collaborate with executive leadership to identify and track strategic priorities.
β’ Work with HR to lead and manage the annual people plan, which includes career development, training, and educational strategies.
β’ Guide the development and oversight of the competitive intelligence process.
β’ Cultivate and enhance strategic, innovative partnerships to promote advocacy for the Division's business lines.
β’ Execute and support chief of staff responsibilities, encompassing presentation development, governance management, communications, and priority projects.
β’ Perform additional duties as assigned.
β’ Adhere to all policies and standards.
β’ Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.
β’ A minimum of 8 years of experience in strategy, operations management, or consulting within the Healthcare, Insurance, or financial services sectors is required.
β’ Proven experience in direct people leadership, including managing other leaders.
β’ At least 3 years of supervisory or management experience is required.
β’ Willingness to travel 10% of the time.
β’ Equivalent experience gained through achievements that reflect the necessary knowledge, duties, scope, and skill level associated with this position.
