This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead key strategic growth and innovation initiatives, guiding them from thesis and business-case development to solution design, execution, and launch.
• Frame decisions for C-suite executives and senior leadership.
• Take ownership of stakeholder alignment, dependencies, milestones, and outcomes.
• Drive and foster strategic partnerships with distributors and technology providers.
• Manage daily relationships and coordinate efforts across external partners and internal teams.
• Convert commercial objectives into actionable requirements, workplans, and implemented solutions.
• Map comprehensive customer and advisor/agent journeys from the initial touchpoint through to post-sale.
• Transform journey maps into experience requirements that link commercial objectives with technology enablement, product design, and operational execution.
• Develop and oversee integrated roadmaps for both technology and business capabilities.
• Translate business priorities into sequenced product, technology, and operational requirements along with implementation plans.
• Implement and continuously refine the operating model that connects strategic growth initiatives with product, distribution, technology, and operations functions.
• Establish decision rights, governance structures, handoffs, and accountability across teams.
• Promote the adoption and reuse of new capabilities across various channels and operations.
• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies to maximize enterprise value.
• Collaborate directly with C-suite executives and senior leaders to advance strategic opportunities from concept through to launch.
• 8+ years of experience in strategy, product innovation, technology-enabled transformation, or operating-model development within financial services, or in consulting/technology roles serving financial institutions.
• Proven track record of driving complex initiatives from strategy to launch, including business cases, operating and capability requirements, roadmaps, and coordinated implementation across business and technology teams.
• Experience in structuring and executing strategic partnerships or platform integrations.
• Ability to convert commercial opportunities into clear product, technology, and operational requirements.
• Capability to engage credibly with C-suite executives and senior leaders, frame complex decisions, influence across organizational boundaries, and drive alignment without direct authority.
• Familiarity with one or more relevant markets: wealth management, banking, retirement, digital distribution, direct-to-consumer financial services, or RIA/advisor platforms.
• Proficiency in using AI to enhance analysis, decision-making, and execution.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
