This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Execute tasks within the Strategy Practice and other areas of Heller Consulting as necessary.
• Collect requirements, explore AI solutions, perform fit-gap analyses, create change and implementation roadmaps, map processes, facilitate decision-making, and produce and present analyses and recommendations.
• Assess client business strategies and daily operations to identify opportunities where AI can provide strategic value.
• Analyze and suggest Anthropic tools and other AI solutions tailored to client needs, capabilities, and objectives.
• Convert client requirements and expected outcomes into written specifications for Heller's engineering team to develop agents, bots, and other AI-integrated solutions.
• Simplify complex technical concepts, AI terminology, and engineering considerations for non-technical clients and stakeholders.
• Update clients, vendors, partners, and project team members on project status, next steps, and any emerging issues.
• Act as a liaison between clients and Heller's engineering team to ensure that requirements and technical trade-offs are clearly understood.
• Overcome organizational, interpersonal, industry partner, and vendor challenges to achieve project goals.
• Contribute to Heller's knowledge base, including research on AI solutions, use cases, and lessons learned.
• Engage in, contribute to, and/or lead initiatives related to Heller's AI services and internal AI applications.
• Stay informed about AI market news, trends, and developments that impact business and the nonprofit sector.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the nonprofit or higher education sector.
• Background in an AI-focused role.
• Proven knowledge of AI solutions and tools, including Anthropic's product suite.
• Strong enthusiasm for keeping up with the evolving AI landscape.
• Experience in technology selection and management.
• Proven track record in leading, planning, managing, and implementing change initiatives.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts and terminology into clear, concise language for non-technical audiences.
• History of successfully managing multiple concurrent projects while meeting deadlines, priorities, and client expectations.

• Must be able to work in one of the four continental U.S. time zones during standard Monday–Friday business hours.
