Senior Strategic Initiatives Manager, International Expansion, FedRAMP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and implement detailed go-to-market (GTM) and operational playbooks for entering international markets.

• Collaborate with local GTM leadership and regional teams to ensure resource alignment with market maturity.

• Monitor international performance, identify localized product gaps, and develop business cases for strategic evaluations and future investments.

• Maintain operational discipline, governance, cross-functional execution, and ensure the alignment of strategy with daily operations.

• Serve as the primary program manager leading Optro’s FedRAMP Moderate authorization process.

• Oversee FedRAMP workstreams involving Product, Engineering, Security, Legal, and external 3PAO assessors.

• Ensure that FedRAMP milestones are aligned with the Fed/SLED GTM strategy.

• Regularly update the Executive Leadership Team on FedRAMP progress.

• Reach FedRAMP Moderate readiness milestones and manage 3PAO audit delivery within targeted timelines of 15–18 months.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6–9+ years of experience in Corporate Strategy, Strategic Initiatives, or Management Consulting.

• Preferred experience in the B2B SaaS or technology sector.

• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives and achieve results.

• Exceptional synthesis skills: capacity to lead with clear answers, simplify complex topics, and facilitate seamless decision-making for executives.

• Strong project management expertise.

• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with internal teams, including senior leadership.

• Proven experience in leveraging AI and emerging technologies, such as generative AI workflows and advanced data synthesis.

• Preferred background in GRC, audit, risk, compliance, ERP, or financial reporting software.
