This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.
• Manage and cultivate executive-level relationships within key strategic accounts.
• Design, implement, and sustain enterprise-level account strategies across surgical workflows, pathology operations, and oncology care delivery.
• Recognize opportunities to incorporate Caris molecular profiling and precision oncology solutions into clinical pathways, standards of care, and system-wide protocols.
• Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews concentrating on performance, utilization trends, outcomes, and initiatives for future growth.
• Examine account- and regional-level data to uncover growth opportunities, identify adoption barriers, and address productivity gaps.
• Act as a strategic partner to Regional Business Directors by linking enterprise priorities with regional planning and execution.
• Provide indirect leadership, mentorship, and subject matter expertise to account executives, case managers, and supporting field roles.
• Oversee strategic initiatives including complex account onboarding, precision medicine program launches, pathology-driven initiatives, workflow optimization, EMR integrations, and service enhancements.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution among Operations, Client Services, Laboratory, Medical Affairs, IT, and Marketing.
• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics; monitor progress using CRM and project management tools.
• Support new business development and account expansion through deal strategy, value positioning, and institutional decision-making.
• Serve as a senior escalation point for strategic accounts.
• Represent Caris Life Sciences at the highest levels of customer leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 5–7 years of experience in strategic account management, oncology diagnostics, precision medicine, or complex healthcare sales.
• Strong comprehension of molecular diagnostics, next-generation sequencing (NGS), oncology workflows, and pathology/laboratory operations.
• Proven track record of driving growth within complex, matrixed healthcare environments.
• Established ability to influence without direct authority and lead cross-functional and field teams.
• Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), reporting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Capability to successfully complete pre-employment processes, including background checks, drug screenings, and reference checks.
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while working remotely or on-site with clients.
• Willingness to travel by air and automobile for client meetings and regional responsibilities.
• Capacity to lift and carry materials weighing up to 25 pounds occasionally.
• Significant regional travel (approximately >50%).
• Availability for evening, weekend, or holiday work may be necessary based on customer needs and business priorities.
• May require after-hours responsiveness for critical customer or enterprise issues.
• Must successfully complete a criminal background check, drug screening, applicable credit check, and reference verification.
• Significant regional travel opportunity (approximately >50%).
• Continuous training related to Caris products, systems, regulatory requirements, and commercial processes.
