This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary senior strategic leader for a premier enterprise client account and the complete product portfolio.
• Develop the account vision, governance framework, and cohesive delivery strategy.
• Serve as an executive partner, linking client brand strategies, patient support requirements, and commercialization goals to Valeris solutions.
• Direct portfolio governance, conduct executive business reviews, strategic planning, and manage escalations.
• Spot opportunities for new services, innovation, digital empowerment, data insights, process enhancements, and portfolio growth.
• Collaborate with executive sponsors and commercial leaders on account strategies, renewals, scope adjustments, and growth initiatives.
• Coordinate integrated implementation roadmaps across program design, operations, technology, data, quality, training, finance, human resources, and communications.
• Facilitate readiness reviews and executive go/no-go assessments.
• Supervise post-launch projects and account initiatives that deliver measurable value.
• Evaluate service performance, client experience, quality outcomes, staffing readiness, financial viability, and delivery risks.
• Lead cross-functional teams in resolving complex issues across programs and shared-service groups.
• Utilize performance metrics, client feedback, and operational insights to advocate for continuous improvement solutions.
• Lead teams that are account-dedicated, both direct and matrixed, across various functions.
• Set priorities, decision-making rights, delivery expectations, and working rhythms for matrixed resources.
• Collaborate with Patient Services VPs and Directors to assist therapeutic-area and program teams.
• Partner with financial and operational leaders on forecasts, budgets, staffing strategies, billing preparedness, margin performance, and investment choices.
• Ensure compliance with client obligations, company policies, regulations, and quality management practices in service delivery.
• Oversee risk management and corrective measures across launches, operations, technology, data, and third-party dependencies.
• Assist in pricing, scope, and contract negotiations.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Life Sciences, or a related discipline is required.
• An MBA, MHA, or other relevant advanced degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 12 years of progressive leadership experience in patient support services, pharmaceutical commercialization, HUB operations, patient affordability, specialty pharmacy, healthcare services, or a similar outsourced services context.
• Proven experience in leading complex, multi-workstream implementations, launches, transitions, or transformations for enterprise biopharma clients.
• Capability to build and lead high-performing, cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment, including shared-services or indirect reporting structures.
• Executive presence and a history of managing senior client relationships, governance meetings, and complex escalations.
• In-depth knowledge of patient access, reimbursement, affordability, program operations, and the pharmaceutical commercialization lifecycle.
• Strong financial and business acumen, including staffing models, budgets, forecasts, service scope, and operational performance indicators.
• Outstanding communication, persuasion, problem-solving, and change leadership abilities.
• Dedication to service excellence, innovation, compliance integrity, and ongoing improvement.
• Successful completion of a background check and, depending on the role, a drug screening.
• Preference for candidates typing at least 35 words per minute with 97% accuracy.
• Willingness to travel as necessary is preferred.
