This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Develop and oversee the operational framework for INNERGY’s go-to-market organization.
• Integrate Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance around a unified revenue strategy, consistent data, scalable processes, and accountability.
• Direct annual and quarterly revenue planning, which includes capacity modeling, territory and coverage strategy, quota planning, productivity assumptions, and resource allocation.
• Set performance expectations and KPIs across all revenue-generating functions.
• Create scenario models to evaluate risks, opportunities, and investment trade-offs.
• Manage the revenue forecasting methodology and operational cadence.
• Enhance forecast accuracy and visibility into pipeline, bookings, retention, expansion, and revenue performance.
• Develop executive dashboards and reporting tools.
• Establish consistent definitions and a reliable source of truth for revenue metrics.
• Design and continuously refine the comprehensive customer lifecycle.
• Detect process gaps, friction points, and revenue leakage within the go-to-market organization.
• Define stages, handoffs, SLAs, ownership, and operational standards.
• Oversee the strategy and governance for the go-to-market technology ecosystem, including CRM, marketing automation, customer success, analytics, and revenue tools.
• Collaborate with IT and functional leaders on integrations, architecture, automation, and data governance.
• Propel automation and responsible AI utilization.
• Analyze pipeline coverage, conversion rates, win rates, sales cycles, ARR, GRR, NRR, churn, expansion, CAC, productivity, and forecast accuracy.
• Work with Finance to synchronize operational forecasts with financial planning.
• Build and nurture a high-performing Revenue Operations organization.
• Establish operational rhythms and act as a strategic thought partner to executive and functional leaders.
• Create a reliable and scalable revenue operating system within the first year.
• Over 10 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Strategy, Business Operations, or related fields.
• More than 5 years of experience leading teams and operating at a senior leadership level.
• Extensive experience within a growing B2B SaaS or recurring-revenue business.
• Proven track record in managing revenue planning, forecasting, analytics, and GTM operations.
• Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
• Strong grasp of SaaS economics and metrics, including ARR, NRR, GRR, CAC, churn, pipeline coverage, conversion, and sales productivity.
• Experience in designing scalable processes and operational models during periods of rapid growth or organizational change.
• Solid background in CRM and revenue technology.
• Advanced skills in analytical and financial modeling.
• Experience working directly with C-suite executives and conveying complex information clearly and concisely.
• Ability to constructively challenge assumptions, influence without direct authority, and drive accountability across various functions.
