This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Engage deeply in Sales, Onboarding, and Customer Success operations to pinpoint obstacles, develop workarounds, and alleviate process friction.
• Identify issues and create defined workflows, redesign processes, and implement system solutions.
• Oversee and cultivate the Sales & CS Business Partner and Marketing & Partner Ops Manager roles.
• Design the GTM systems architecture integrating Salesforce, HubSpot, PlanHat, Gong, PartnerStack, LeanData, Bookit, and related tools.
• Spearhead efforts to minimize technical debt, eliminate outdated customizations, reduce redundant automations, and streamline fragile integrations.
• Set technical standards and establish review processes for scalable system modifications.
• Lead the Biz Systems team and prioritize its strategic roadmap.
• Align GTM strategy and analytics with the execution of Sales/CS and Marketing/Partner initiatives.
• Oversee territory and compensation planning frameworks, ensure robust forecasting practices, and foster cross-functional GTM process alignment.
• Provide strategic advice to the CEO regarding process and systems risks, opportunities, sequencing, and trade-offs.
• Report directly to the CEO while managing a team of 5–7 direct reports.
• 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations within a SaaS setting.
• Substantial hands-on systems/technical expertise, going beyond mere reporting or analytics.
• 5+ years of experience managing teams across RevOps, MarOps, and Business Systems.
• Advanced practical knowledge of Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Familiarity with PlanHat, Gong, PartnerStack, and LeanData is highly beneficial.
• Direct experience in resolving legacy systems, customizations, or technical debt.
• Capability to trace proposed solutions across interconnected systems.
• Demonstrated ability to convert ambiguous business challenges into tangible technical solutions and execute them effectively.
• Competence in providing strategic leadership advice while engaging in hands-on workflow and automation reviews.
• Experience collaborating with leadership in Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
• Background in managing compensation, territory, or forecasting structures.
• Must reside in the United States.
