
Vice President, Relationship Manager – Secondary Markets

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Establish, nurture, and enhance relationships with LPs, GPs, family offices, and intermediaries engaged in secondary markets.
• Serve as the main client-facing representative throughout the transaction process, from initial contact to closing.
• Discover and assess new liquidity opportunities utilizing market intelligence and networking.
• Represent Tangible during client meetings, industry events, and discussions with institutional partners.
• Oversee due diligence, documentation review, and deal advancement in collaboration with the execution team.
• Contribute to financial analysis, valuation discussions, and pricing support related to private equity, private credit, and real assets.
• Assist in the preparation of investment memos, client-facing materials, and IC presentations.
• Ensure timely and precise communication between clients and internal teams throughout the transaction process.
• Monitor trends in the secondary market, pricing dynamics, and the competitive landscape.
• Aid in portfolio analytics, benchmarking, and asset evaluation.
• Identify and present new transaction opportunities from both existing and potential relationships.
• Collaborate with US and UK deal teams across various time zones.
• Prepare and communicate summaries and execution materials to facilitate timely decision-making.
• Coordinate with compliance, KYC/AML, payments, and operational teams to ensure smooth transaction progress.
• 4–7 years of experience in transaction banking, corporate banking, or financial institutions coverage.
• Direct experience with structured transactions, credit facilities, or capital markets solutions.
• A background in investment banking (M&A, LevFin, DCM, or sector coverage) is highly desirable.
• Experience with Big 4 Transaction Services or Deals advisory, coupled with client-facing experience, will also be taken into account.
• Demonstrated ability to manage relationships and articulate complex financial concepts clearly to institutional counterparts.
• Familiarity with private markets, fund structures, or the dynamics of the secondary market is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with financial models, term sheets, or credit documentation.
• High ownership mentality, commercial drive, and comfort operating in an entrepreneurial, ambiguous environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
