This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Promote BeOne’s Hematology products through outreach to targeted physicians within the designated territory.
• Execute sales, marketing, and patient support initiatives to attract and retain patients on BeOne Hematology products.
• Educate and train physician support staff on the correct usage and management of BeOne’s Hematology products.
• Ensure that healthcare professionals possess realistic expectations regarding product usage with their patients.
• Maintain communication and align activities with BeOne’s Market Access Team when applicable.
• Recognize customer changes and manage communication and planning to assign the appropriate personnel and resources.
• Complete product knowledge training and LMS/Compliance Wire tasks.
• Carry out administrative duties, including documenting call activities, customer information, and submitting expense reports.
• Aid in identifying and addressing issues and opportunities.
• Engage proactively with marketing and sales leadership.
• Ensure adherence to BeOne policies and procedures, including healthcare compliance, adverse event reporting, and travel and expense reporting.
• Collaborate with the Targeted Account Sales team and Solid Tumor team.
• Report to the Division Sales Manager.
• B.A. / B.S. degree.
• Over 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales and sales management.
• Extensive experience in Hematology; Hematology and/or oncology experience is highly preferred.
• Experience in adjacent specialties may be considered, such as immunology, rare diseases, hospital, infusion, buy-and-bill, or other complex therapeutic areas.
• Self-motivated and capable of managing work independently.
• Results-driven with a strategic focus on sales performance.
• Experience in specialty sales environments.
• Understanding of reimbursement, distribution, and managed care processes.
• Familiarity with national/corporate accounts, managed markets, hospital markets, various care settings, IV medications, injectables, oral medications, and Medicare Part D.
• Ability to measure and assess key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs).
• Proficient in CRM software with a proven history of effective use.
• Capability to actively participate in business development activities.
• Demonstrated resilience in overcoming challenges.
• Highly skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Expertise in engaging in discussions with customers when stakes are high and opinions vary.
• Must be willing to travel and work evenings and weekends for customer engagement.
• Anticipated overnight travel/weekend work is approximately 25%.
